- Working with you through the proposal and contract stage to build a childcare program suited to your needs and budget
- Recruiting and training our highly-qualified and enthusiastic program staff
- Scheduling and organizing program activities, adventures, and excursions
- Packing and shipping ALL the materials needed for a successful program
- Setting up and maintaining your customized online program registration page
- Following up with post-event parent and client surveys and program debriefs
