Job Description:
We need experienced staff for a childcare program in Grand Mound, WA on November 13-15. We will be caring for children at a family integration and counseling retreat while parents are attending various sessions and events.
Specific Dates and Times are:
- Friday, 11/13, 4pm – 12am
- Saturday, 11/14, 8am – 2pm
- Sunday, 11/15, 8am – 2pm
Pay:
- Pay:$12 per hour
- Carpool Bonus: $10 per staffer per day for carpool drivers with at least 2 staff in their car. Bring two people along with yourself and get an extra $30 a day!
- Referral fees: $10 per person you refer to us that has not worked with us in the past. In order to qualify your referrals must be hired and must work the program. Refer three people – that’s another $30
Job Duties:
The role of our staff can best be described as Day-camp counselor; you’ll be assigned a small group of children and tasked with keeping them safe, engaged, and occupied throughout the sessions. We provide all sorts of arts/crafts, activities, and games, as well as a schedule, so there is a solid structure in place for our staff to work within.
Qualifications:
Applicants must demonstrate previous childcare experience. This is a structured, day-camp type of setting, so babysitters, nannys, parents/grandparents, childcare volunteers, youth coaches, camp counselors, etc. are welcome to apply as well as professionals such as teachers and daycare pros. Once you work for us, you’ll be on the list for all future programs in your area. And, if you move, just let us know and we’ll put you on the list for your new location!
